As with most other websites, the Bed Bugs Limited websites collect certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include:

We hold customer data across three primary internal and external systems: Operational, eCommerce, and Accounting.

We are active on social media, but it is not our company policy to use social media to market directly to platform users outside of general update posts.

We Specifically and Deliberately DO NOT Hold:

  • Customers’ payment information (e.g., full card details).
  • Customers’ surnames.

Operational Data (Internal)

Our booking system is based on a scheduling calendar and contains the following information:

  • First name
  • Contact number
  • Address
  • A scan of the case notes (as relevant to the service)
  • Service report or expert report (where generated)

Some projects also involve data collected such as images or notes, some of which are stored on the company’s private secure cloud server.

eCommerce Data (External)

Our eCommerce system, which is a third-party platform service, contains the following information:

  • First name
  • Contact number
  • Address

Accounting Data (Internal)

Our accounting system, which is a third-party software, contains the following information:

  • First name
  • Contact number
  • Address
  • Value of work
