2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return and refund, customers must follow these conditions:

a. Items to Be Returned

All items included in the original order must be returned. Partial returns are not accepted.

b. Unopened Items Only

Due to the nature of the product, only unopened and unused Bed Bug Passive Monitors may be returned.
Returns for opened or used products cannot be accepted.

c. Non-Refundable Situations

A refund will not be granted if:

  • The product has been opened

  • The product has been used

  • Any item from the pack is missing

  • The customer returns the item without obtaining an RMA number


3. Return Authorization (RMA Required)

Before returning any product, customers must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

This allows us to:

  • Verify the order

  • Confirm eligibility

  • Provide return instructions

  • Track the return process

Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused or delayed.

4. Refund Window

Customers may request a return or refund within 60 days of receiving their order.

Requests made after 60 days are not eligible for a refund.


5. Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the product arrives safely at our returns department.


6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically appear within 3–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If the product is opened, used, damaged, or missing items, the refund will be denied.


7. Replacement or Exchange for Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 7 working days of delivery with:

  • Photos showing the defect or damage

A tracking number will be emailed to customers within 24 hours of dispatch, as required by ClickBank.
